Dkt app for iPhone and iPad

I just wanted to personally leave a note and address problems that many users have been having. Due to professional and personal obligations--in addition to a few PACER updates--I have been unable to update Dkt for a few months.

Thank you for all the support, and I hope to fix these bugs soon.
